At Zola™ Shop, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. You may return your item within 30 days of the purchase date for a full refund.

To be eligible for a refund, the following conditions must be met:

The product must be in its original condition, including all packaging, manuals, and accessories.
The product must not have been used or installed.
The product must be returned with valid proof of purchase, such as a receipt or order number.
To initiate a return, please contact our customer service team at contact@Zola™.com . They will provide you with a return shipping label and instructions for sending the product back to us.

Once we receive the returned product, we will inspect it to ensure it meets the conditions above. If it does, we will process your refund within 7-10 business days. The refund will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase.

Please note that original shipping charges are non-refundable, and the customer is responsible for paying the return shipping costs.

All returns are subject to approval and must be made within 60 calendar days of the original purchase date. Customers are responsible for the cost of shipping their return item(s) + a $7 restocking fee (which will be deducted from the original payment amount) and all fees and shipping costs are non-refundable. Upon approval, a shipping address will be emailed to you.

Cancellations

In order to possibly qualify for an order cancellation, you must contact us via email within 5 hours of placing your order. Otherwise, your order may already have been processed, in which case we would be unable to cancel your order at that point.

Exchanges
We offer a ONE-TIME FREE EXCHANGE service to all paid purchases, excluding sale promotional items. If you accept this offer, all future refund requests will be forfeited for that order.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, we'll gladly ship a brand new item to you dependent upon your provided proof of such circumstance. *However, if the customer breaks, damages the product while in usage, refunds will not be granted.

If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.

Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants), custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), and personal care goods (such as beauty products). We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

European Union 14-day cooling off period
Notwithstanding the above, if the merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without a justification. As above, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
